During this 3 months program, you will listen to yourself, rediscover yourself, communicate with your Inner-child and Higher-self. You will also learn a new language: CREATION. I will guide you to self-expression with dance, art, movement, craft, body language, cooking, meditation and more.

You will understand the importance of self-care and how it will impact your life forever: healthy body, healthy mind, healthy soul, healthy heart. The ultimate combo to be a great leader on your scale.
